Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides direct care to patients and supervises and directs nursing staff in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines.

• Assists in the supervision, orientation, and training of the nursing staff. Participates in the patient care planning conference with other disciplines.

• Identifies patient goals and approaches.

Job qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Current license with <state>Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.

• One (1) year of previous experience preferred.

• Management/leadership experience preferred.

• Requires frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.

The RN House Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence. The House Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. Completes patient care rounds. Coordinates admissions, transfers and /or discharges and ensures appropriate documentation. Assists in orientation of evening and night shift employees. Supervises and evaluates evening and night shift employees.

Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse as well as experience in acute setting.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care to the residents of the health and rehabilitation center, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Those duties include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, serves and collects food trays, feeds residents, measures and records weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output as directed.

Qualifications:

Must have current North Carolina Nurse Aide license in good standing or be within 100 days of completion of state approved CNA course.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.   

• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.

• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.

• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.

Huntersville Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. We are seeking a licensed Beautician/Barber to provide on-site salon services that enhance our residents’ dignity, confidence, and quality of life.

✂️ Position Summary

The Beautician will provide professional hair and grooming services to residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. This role plays an important part in supporting residents’ emotional well-being and personal care.

✅ Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, styling, shampooing, and grooming services for residents

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe salon environment

• Follow all infection control and facility policies

• Maintain accurate service logs and charge sheets

• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff

• Maintain current licensure and liability insurance

? Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License (required)

• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare settings preferred

• Knowledge of sanitation and infection control practices
